Is it possible to return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for store credit or a full refund of the purchase price within fourteen (14) working/business days following receipt or delivery. The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) working days after the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the mail carrier), physically receive the goods.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: uncut, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase. JORDAN BEADS reserve the right to refuse returns if items are used, worn, damaged, or incomplete.

Is it possible to exchange my items instead of receiving a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to exchange items. If you want to receive a new item, return your unwanted item for a refund and place a new order at jordanbeads.com.
What is the return period?

How does my refund work?
When you return any item, your refund amount or store credit will not include any promotional discount or coupon applied to the original order.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten (10) working/business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to finalize and post the transaction. If more than fifteen (15) business days have passed since approval, please contact customer support for assistance.
