Event Refund Policy

The following outlines the event policy for Jordan Beads and applies to all programs—including free events, workshops, and classes—hosted and facilitated exclusively by Jordan Beads. Withdrawal from a paid program must be submitted via email. By registering for any workshop or class, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these policies.

IMPORTANT: Jordan Beads’ event policy does not apply to workshops hosted in partnership with any third-party organization, artist, or business. Registrants must follow the refund policies, guidelines, and terms set by the hosting party. For refund inquiries, please contact the host directly.

Free Events

All our events are free to attend. Some events may have a per-person fee for food and non-alcoholic beverages, payable either before the scheduled date or during the event.

Free events may require prior registration. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, your seat may be released to someone on the waitlist. Waitlists may be used for certain events and are subject to availability.

Events are hosted by community members and may include game nights, discussions, and other activities covering a variety of topics and formats.

Jewelry-Making Workshops

Registrants for jewelry-making workshops may cancel their reservation at any time before the scheduled start date and receive a full refund. No refunds are issued for missed workshops—no exceptions. Rescheduling is not available.

Mosaic Art Workshops

Full Refund Cancellation	To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made thirty (30) or more days before the scheduled event start date.
Partial-Refund Cancellation	Cancellations made thirty (30) days to seven (7) days before the scheduled start date, including pop-up workshops, will receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee.
Non-Refundable Cancellation	Cancellations made six (6) or more days before the scheduled event start date, including pop-up workshops, are non-refundable.
No Refunds on Event Day	Refunds are not available for cancellations made on the day of the workshop or class.
No Refunds for Missed Events	No refunds are issued for missed workshops—no exceptions. Rescheduling is not available.
